LBTEK C-Mount Bi-Telecentric Lens for Machine Vision 1.1¡å CMOS
Product description
A telecentric lens is defined by a magnification that does not change with object distance within a certain working distance range. Traditional lenses have a field of view angle, and magnification increases with object distance, which causes angular error and reduces inspection accuracy in metrology applications - this matters especially when objects are not on the same object plane. Telecentric lenses provide larger depth of field and less measurement distortion than conventional non-telecentric lenses, giving bi-telecentric lenses unique advantages in dimensional measurement, defect inspection and irregular object detection. LBTEK bi-telecentric lenses feature ultra-high telecentricity, high resolution, large depth of field and low distortion; combined with the optional adjustable iris, the depth of field and resolution can be effectively balanced. Adopting a C-Mount optical interface, they can be directly connected to cameras without additional adapters, supporting industrial cameras with CMOS sensors up to 1.1¡å. Widely used in precision part measurement, non-contact optical measurement, glass product inspection, electronics and medical fields.
